RETURNS – TRONICLINE LDA

If the customer wishes to return one or more items, may do so within 14 days after the invoice date. Products must be intact, sealed, Complete with all accessories and manuals, and in the original packaging, without any damage or alteration.

To make the return, the customer must contact TRONICLINE Lda, providing the order number, the description or reference of the products to be returned, and specify the desired reimbursement method. The refund will be processed via the original payment method or other agreement made between both parties. Only the value of the products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

If the product was purchased in a promotional campaign and included offers, the customer must return both the main product and the offer, both following the same return conditions.

Returning incomplete products, damaged, without packaging or with signs of use will not be accepted. If that's the case, the customer will lose the right to a refund and will have 10 days to collect the(s) product(s) on the premises, being responsible for collection costs.

REFUNDS are made in the original payment method or as agreed, with a deadline of up to 15 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

If the product was mistakenly purchased or with wrong sending method, The customer should assume all costs in relation to bank fees.

PRODUCTS AND RATES Prices include VAT at the legal rate. A TRONICLINE Lda. can change products, prices and conditions without prior notice.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT Purchase of products does not include installation or telephone support. Manuals and videos are available online. For questions, the customer can hire technical support via email or support page.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS The products have a guarantee of 3 years unless otherwise indicated by the brand. Before submitting a product for review, the company will try to resolve the problem remotely. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for analysis. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but excludes damage due to incorrect installation, negligent use, and other causes. Obsolete products will be replaced with equivalents.

ORDER SHIPMENTS After shipment, the customer receives an email with the tracking number. Orders are delivered on business days, and the delivery address must be correct to avoid returns and additional costs.

ORDER RECEIPT The customer must check the integrity of the order upon receipt. If there is damage, these must be noted on the receipt document.

PAYMENT METHODS Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, Multibanco and MBWAY. Transactions are secure, protected by SSL.
